The community of Shelburne is grieving following the death of 22 year-old Tori Symonds.
Symonds passed away earlier this week after an ATV crash in Welshtown.
Friend Melanie Thorburn says Tori always had a smile on her face and loved to go lobster fishing, four-wheeling and driving in her truck.
She says a fund has been established at H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home in Shelburne.
“It was very sudden and there was nothing in place to cover costs of the funeral. A lot of people have been asking to make donations to help the family out in this time of need.”
Thorburn says the community has been amazing with its support and donations.
She encourages people to also pay-it-forward in honour of Tori.
A funeral will be held on Saturday.
