An elderly Yarmouth man was struck Thursday night by a vehicle while crossing Main St. near the NSLC.
The pedestrian was not in a crosswalk.
He was transported to the Yarmouth Regional Hospital by EHS.
His injuries are considered non-life threatening.
RCMP Col. John Stoddart says the accident is under investigation but no charges are being considered at this time.
