The event will feature more than a dozen games in both female and minor hockey divisions from Atom to Midget.
The 2017 event will mark the first time the Day of Champions has been played in the South Shore.
The format, which was introduced in 2015, pits the top team from the North Conference against the best team from the South Conference in a single championship game to determine a provincial winner.
