Lots of projects are planned in the Municipality of Yarmouth.
Council approved the over $17 million capital project list.
That includes over $13 million for the Mariners Centre expansion and ice surface, an active transportation plan for Highway 3, resurfacing tennis courts and equipment for Yarmouth Recreation.
There’s also planned parking improvements at the Cape Forchu lighthouse, a roof replacement at the administration building, and expansion of the Nova West Business Park.
Money will also go toward sewer system upgrades in Dayton and Hebron and a treatment plant upgrade in Port Maitland.
