Construction continues to create parking issues at Yarmouth Regional Hospital.
Work on the new emergency department will close off a section of the front parking lot.
It’s from late-January to early March, and will include underground connections to water, sewer and storm pipes.
Motorists can also expect traffic delays in the area.
Nova Scotia Health says they understand the challenges around parking.
They’ve created a new parking lot near the corner of Vancouver Street and Grove Road, along with other new spaces.
They ask everyone to respect no parking signs, and those reserved for emergency vehicles.
