The O’Regan’s Subaru Western Hurricanes skated to a 2-2 tie versus the Nova Bantams this morning in Halifax at the Esso Cup.
Power-play goals from Brendan Amiro and Cole Spidle helped the Hurricanes rally from a two goal deficit.
They sit at two wins, no losses and a tie with one round robin game remaining.
The Hurricanes face the All Credit Auto Rangers on Saturday morning at 9:50 at the Halifax Civic Centre.
Meanwhile, four members of the Hurricanes are part of the Nova Scotia Major Bantam Hockey League showcase game tonight at the Halifax Forum.
Mason Beck, Ben Charles, Max Nickerson and Jeremy Robar will suit up for Team South against Team North.
