The Yarmouth Junior A Mariners kick off a tough weekend road-trip with a stop in Campbellton tonight to face the Tigers.
The Mariners will travel to Miramichi to take on the Timberwolves tomorrow night, and Sunday Yarmouth will battle the Edmunston Blizzard in a matinee.
The Mariners have dropped two straight, their longest stretch without a victory this season.
They have a record of 13-4 and sit four points back of the Eastlink South Division leading South Shore Lumberjacks.
It’s been a busy week for three members of the Mariners organization, forward Matt Barron, defenseman Noah McMullin and Head Coach Laurie Barron were all at the Eastern Canada Cup Junior A Challenge earlier this week with MHL Team Eastlink.
