A one-stop mental health service centre for youth in Yarmouth.
The province announced an integrated youth services site for the area.
It will be hosted at BGC Yarmouth, partnering with the Youth Wellbeing Network, SHYFT Youth Services, Southwest Employment Services and Tri-County Restorative Justice.
In a release, Yarmouth MLA Nick Hilton says youth struggling with mental health or substance abuse need to be supported in their community by organizations they know and trust.
The organizations will provide their services all under one roof for young people aged 12-25.
This is the eighth announced site for the province, totaling $8.4 million.
