A former Yarmouth MLA has been given a King Charles III Coronation medal.
Zach Churchill was a provincial politician from 2010 until November’s election.
He became Liberal leader, and also served as minister in key roles like education and health under the McNeil government.
Current NDP leader Claudia Chender also received the honour from Lt-Gov. Mike Savage.
The ceremony was held earlier this week at Province House.
