The province want to hear ideas on how to bring high-speed internet to rural Nova Scotia.
Government has just announced a half million dollars is up for grabs for community groups or municipalities who have small scale projects in mind.
Each project is eligible for up to $75,000.
MLA Mark Furey hopes some of the proposals may lead to innovative solutions that may be applied to other regions as well.
Groups have until December 31 to submit their project idea.
Work on the high-speeed internet projects will be co-ordinated by the recently announced Internet strategy team.
A long-term strategy on how to deliver high-speed internet to all Nova Scotians will be presented in spring.
