The Shelburne Curling Club is one of 25 community rinks that will receive funds from the province for upgrades.
The club is getting $10,000 from the Province’s Rink Revitalization Fund.
The funds can be used for projects like purchasing a score clock, installing accessible entrance doors, upgrading refrigeration, foundation repairs and replacing rink board glass.
The province is investing over $1 million for community rinks around Nova Scotia.
It’s the second round of projects to receive money from the fund.
