Dozens of families, many in costume, will march down Main Street in Yarmouth Monday night.
It’s Yarmouth Recreation’s 12th annual Jack O’Lantern Parade.
Participants will gather at the Tourist Bureau on Main Street at 6:15pm.
The route will take them to the Rodd Grand Hotel for hot apple cider, treat bags, music and contests.
Organizer Misty James says the event has grown in popularity.
‘We get hundreds of people out. The kids really love it, it’s a great chance for families to show off their great costumes.”
There will be prizes for the most ‘spooktacular’ costumes.
Families are encouraged to dress up, and to decorate any wagons or other non-motorized vehicle.
