On Girls Night Out this week Cairo and I talked about has there ever been a time that you have come up with an excuse to get out of plans? COCKTAIL OF THE WEEK: KEVIN’S WHISKEY SURPRISE
How to make:
Step 1: Add 2oz of whiskey to glass top with cola then add in 2oz of surprise.
Ingredients:
- Cola
- Whiskey
RECIPE OF THE WEEK: BRITTANY’S FAST FUDGE
How to make:
Step 1: Butter a square pan and line with parchment paper for easy removal of set fudge. Set aside.
Step 2: In a microwave safe bowl, heat chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, on high for 1 minute. Remove from microwave.
Step 3: Let sit for 1 minute, then stir to combine. If needed, heat an additional 30 seconds. Stir until chips are completely melted and chocolate is smooth. Stir in vanilla extract. Let cool for 5 minutes before mixing in nuts or desired choice.
Step 4: Pour fudge into prepared pan. Let fudge cool completely before cutting into 1 inch squares. (you can place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to speed up the process.) Store in an airtight container. Fudge does not need to be kept refrigerated.

- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans (can substitute with other nuts/marsh-mellows/shredded coconut)
