Another week, another storm.
Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement expecting a lot of snow this Friday.
Up to 20 centimeters of snow could fall, Environment Canada says Yarmouth and Shelburne are among the counties where the highest snowfall is expected.
The wind is expected to gust 40 km/h and 60 along parts of the Atlantic coast.
The bad weather is expected to blow in Friday morning and stay until late evening.
This will be the eighth storm Nova Scotia has seen this year. There’s no word yet on Nova Scotia Power activating it’s Emergency Operations Centre.
