Two men have been arrested after a stabbing in the south-end of Yarmouth today.
Yarmouth Town RCMP were called to 106 Main Street just after 10:30am.
A 46 year old man was stabbed in the stomach with a knife in front of the building.
He was transported to Yarmouth Regional Hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
RCMP say this followed an altercation between the victim and two men who were known to him.
The men aged 53 and 30 both from Yarmouth are being held in custody until a court appearance tomorrow.
The 53 year old was arrested 15 minutes after police arrived, and the 30 year old was arrested just before noon.
They are each facing a variety of charges.
The investigation is on-going.
