Perhaps you are pouring Maple Syrup on your pancakes this morning ? If so, use it sparingly because there seems to be a shortage of it in the market place .

The announcement from the Federation of Quebec Maple Syrup Producers comes after supply was strained by a drop in production and a pandemic-fueled surge in demand. Click HERE for the complete story .
