Nova Scotia Health has announced a number of closures at Digby General Hospital’s emergency department.
Today, tomorrow and Monday, the ER will close at 5 p.m. and reopen the next morning at 7 a.m.
Lack of a registered nurse is the reason for the closure.
Anyone with an urgent medical need is asked to call 911, for general health advice call 811 to speak with a registered nurse.
