The Department of Fisheries and Oceans is sharing details on seizures and arrests in St. Mary’s Bay that took place last Friday.
The department says two people were arrested and later released by fishery officers, following an inspection.
A quantity of lobster and a vehicle were seized. The lobster were released live back into the ocean.
The arrests and seizures are part of an ongoing investigation, according to DFO.
