Update On Parade Street Sewer Separation Closures

Parade Street

The Town of Yarmouth has announced the following updates on closures, detours and reopenings as work on the Parade Street sewer separation project continues.

  •  The Brunswick Street/Parade Street intersection will be paved on Saturday, September 4th with the intent to be reopened Saturday night.
  •  Parade Street from School Street to Seminary Street will be closed.
  •  The north sidewalk on Parade will be closed.
  •  The Pleasant Street/Parade Street intersection is now scheduled to be shut down the week of September 13th for at least 3 weeks.
  •  2-way Traffic on Collins and Seminary Streets will remain in effect.

The town says crews are continuing work to replace the sewer and water infrastructure on Parade Street.
