The Maritime Hockey League will return to a 52 game schedule next season.
In a release, the league says the regular season will begin September 30th, the full schedule will be released at a later date.
League president Steve Dykeman says this season ended much later than other years, so the late September start will give teams more time to prepare.
The division formats will return to the Eastlink South and Eastlink North, and include cross-divisional play, and the previous playoff format will also be back.
The MHL Draft will take place on Saturday, July 10th.
