The Eastern Canadian Fisheries Exposition will be moving to the beginning of summer this year.
Organizers for the event have decided to postpone the event until June 4-5.
Their decision came from the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 at this time and because of exhibitors and attendees who would be travelling from other provinces.
They hope by moving the event to the summer there will be fewer provincial travel restrictions at the time.
The exposition traditionally takes place at the end of January at the Mariners Centre.
