Seven new cases of COVID-19 Friday.
The Department of Health and Wellness reports all the cases are in Central Zone, with two related to travel and five close contacts of previously reported cases.
Officials say Public Health conducted 1500 rapid-tests from pop-up sites in Antigonish, Truro, Sydney, Halifax, and Dartmouth, meantime Health Authority labs processed 1500 regular tests.
They say there are 48 active infections remaining in the province.
