Christmas is just days away and one of my favorite things about the holidays is all the great food, especially the Christmas dinner. Every family kind of does something different. Some have their big meal on Christmas Eve and others have it on the day of, or sometimes even both! My family and I usually have lobster on Christmas Eve along with some appetizers and snacks. Then on Christmas day itself we’ll have a turkey or ham dinner. It’s great! You get to eat a ton and there is usually lots left over for lunches and dinners for days to come which is always nice too.
The year being 2020 and the world having to think about COVID things might be a little different around the table on the night of. You might not be able to have all the people there that you want and maybe that will change your plans. If that’s the case that is a real shame and all I can say is follow the rules and get ready for a even better time next year! Even if that is the case, I’m curious to what you have planned for Christmas dinner or what you have done in the past?
Maybe your family does something different! You might eat a different type of food or have dinner on a different time or day. What are your Christmas/Holiday dinner plans for this year? Will you be having a big sit down meal or just something small? What about dessert? Classic pies or something else? Let me know what the plan is for your Christmas dinner this year!
