The two men accused of killing Colton Cook have had their proceedings pushed once again.
Wayne Crawford and Robert Rogers were back in court Monday but the hearing was dismissed at the defense’s request.
Both men are currently in custody. Crawford is waiting for a preliminary hearing date while Rogers has yet to enter an election or plea.
They are both due back in court on the 22nd.
