A 49-year old Digby County man has been charged with assault relating to an incident that happened on October 14 in New Edinburgh.
Randy Cyril German was charged by Meteghan RCMP yesterday. He has been released from custody on conditions.
The investigation is ongoing. German is scheduled to appear in Digby Provincial Court on February 15th.
