The Department of Health and Wellness has reported a case of COVID-19 in the province; however, they say the case wasn’t identified here.
Public Health says they are “managing and investigating” the case, but it was identified in another province, so isn’t included in our COVID-19 statistics, or total active cases.
No positive test results were reported Friday, and the provincial total of active infections remains at two, not including the case announced Friday.
