What We’re Raising Money For:
This year, the Y95 WE CARE Radiothon for the Yarmouth Hospital Foundation will be raising funds for something that directly helps not just the Yarmouth Hospital, but Digby’s and Shelburne’s too!
We’re raising money for a brand new AUTOMATED TABLET PACKAGER!
This machine packages and tracks medication use for the hospitals’ Pharmacy and is a huge benefit to the nursing staff when it comes to patient care and safety!
This machine is also used to package meds for Roseway Hospital and Digby General.
Every dollar makes a difference right here in our community!

Some ideas to fundraise in advance for the WE CARE Radiothon:
- Host a fundraiser with a group of classmates, friends or co-workers at your school or workplace!
- Give a donation in honor of someone instead of exchanging Valentine or birthday gifts
- Start a “casual day“ at your workplace or sell raffle tickets on a themed basket
- Take up a collection at your school or work or host a community fun walk
- Challenge and match gifts
- Save all of your loose change for a week or until the Radiothon and donate it
- Bid on some of our Auction Items
