Some volunteer fire departments in our region are hoping to win a photo contest and the cash prize that comes with it.
Insurance company AA Munro is holding its 8th Annual Fire Hall Photo Contest.
There are cash prizes.
The Weymouth, Lake Vaughn and Yarmouth fire departments have submitted photos.
The Yarmouth Fire Department had their photo taken last night in front of the Fire Fighter’s Museum.
Volunteer fire fighter Sam Fitzgerald tells CJLS News about the contest.
“A fire department takes a photo, they send it into the AA Munro Facebook page. The best photo with the most likes will win a first prize of $5,000 or a second prize of $1,000.”
