So, I’m a bit of a nerd. You may have noticed. Superheros, Doctor Who, other Science Fiction and Fantasy. I’ve never lost my sense of wonder.
And I’ve never lost my enjoyment of comic strips and cartoons either. From Loony Tunes to the Peanut Gang, it’s all there.
My favorite feline? It’s Garfield. I actually HAVE A CAT, and still my favorite is Garfield (sorry Blue).
Today is Garfield’s birthday. The first Garfield strip appeared on Jume 19th, 1978. I was created by Jim Davis and at one time at least held the Guinness World Record for being the world’s most widely syndicated comic strip.
So on Garfield’s 41st Birthday, I give you the Garfield Birthday Happy Dance!
