The local Yarmouth Karate Club sent competitors to the # 3 Provincial Karate tournament held in Kentville on Saturday.
They came back with 3 Gold, 1 silver and a Bronze medals in various events and age categories:
River Allen Gold in Kata (forms) Gold in Ninja turtles ( flag capture) ages 5-8 Novice
John Gillis Gold in Kata (forms) Ages 9-12 Novice
Barb Gillis Silver in Kata ( forms ) womens division 35+ novice
