The U15 Yarmouth Pet Valu Clippers girls played in the Gunn Baldursson Memorial Soccer Tournament in Wolfville over the weekend.
The girls went 2-0-1 in the round robin.
They defeated Halifax County 3-0 in the first game with goals from Julia Gates, Skye Lewis and Aurora Seitz. Raine Goodwin and Paige Forrest shared the net and Kaya Shearer was game MVP.
The Clippers defeated Dartmouth United in the second game 2-0, with goals from Skye Lewis and Lilly Wille. Raine Goodwin and Paige Forrest shared goaltending duties and Skye Lewis was named game MVP.
They tied West Nova 0-0 in their third game, Raine Goodwin and Paige Forrest again shared the net and Lilly Wille was game MVP.
In the semifinal, the Clippers lost 2-0 to Digby, Raine Goodwin was in net.
