A single vehicle collision has claimed the life of a 57-year-old Clarks Harbour man.
RCMP say they responded to the accident on Highway 103 at around 10:30 PM last night.
A 2009 Toyota Corolla left the highway and struck a tree in Belleville North.
A woman from Clark’s Harbour was also a passenger in the vehicle.
She was transported by EHS to Yarmouth Regional Hospital with non-life threatning injuries.
An RCMP collision analyst attended the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
In a news release, the RCMP expressed their condolences to the family of the victim.
