The emergency department at Roseway Hospital will be closed for part of today.
The Nova Scotia Health Authority tweeted this morning that the ER in Shelburne closed at 6 a.m. and will reopen at 6 this evening.
It says the closure is due to lack of physician coverage.
If you have an emergency you’re urged to call 911 or visit the nearest department.
General health concerns can be directed to 811, where health advice and information are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by registered nurses.
