The Island Traps Schooners took both games of a doubleheader against the Kennetcook Braves on home field Saturday.
The Schooners won the first game 6-4 and the second game 14-3 at the F.A. Brannen Memorial Field in Clark’s Harbour.
They now sit at 3-1 on the young Nova Scotia Intermediate Baseball League season.
The Schooners play four games on the road next weekend, two in Truro on Saturday and two against the Royals in Pictou County on Sunday.
