The province has given $1.6 million to a recent movie production in Yarmouth.
According to a release from Nova Scotia Business Inc., the funding was based on an eligible expenditure of $5.98 million, through the Nova Scotia Film and Television Production Incentive Fund.
NSBI announced the funding yesterday.
The horror movie was shot near the Cape Forchu Lightstation and at a hangar at the Yarmouth Airport.
It stars Willem Dafoe and Robert Pattinson.
