At least two people have been treated for smoke inhalation as the result of a house fire on north Main Street in Yarmouth.
RCMP say the fire is in a three-unit dwelling at 661 Main Street.
They say six people were taken out of the building before firefighters arrived.
Police are asking motorists to avoid a section of Main Street between Irving and Hibernia Streets.
