** A previous version of this story indicated lobster from the truck had spilled on the highway. We’ve since learned that is not the case. We apologize for any confusion.
Expect delays if you’re traveling the southern end of Highway 103 over the next few hours.
The highway will be closed intermittently near Granite Village as crews deal with an single-vehicle accident involving a tractor trailer.
Todd Sisk, chief of the Sable River Fire Department says they’re waiting for a truck to arrive from Bridgewater to help with the accident.
Once it is on-site, Sisk says they’ll need to close the highway for clean up, which he expects will take three to four hours.
Sisk says the driver escaped with minor injuries.
There’s no word yet on the cause of accident.
