The Yarmouth County Minor Hockey Association is preparing for another year.
They’ve got several new executive members on board, including a new president.
Derek Amalfa says for him, it’s about making sure as many kids as possible can play.
“We’re focusing on development, positive minor hockey experiences for players, coaches and families, and community partnerships.”
Amalfa says programs like the First Shift get kids playing, and at less expensive rates.
General registration will take place on September 5th at Mariners Centre.
