The Yarmouth Junior A Mariners hope to win their fourth in a row tonight, but it won’t be easy.
They’ll have to defeat the Truro Bearcats, a team they haven’t conquered in three tries this season.
Going into tonight’s contest, Yarmouth sits five points back of the first place Pictou County Weeks Crushers after a 3-1 win in New Glasgow last night.
Mike Snow, Ty Power and Aaron Maillet all scored, and Leif Hertz made 26 saves to pick up first star honours.
The Bearcats are five points behind the Mariners for second place, with the Amherst Ramblers in third, three points behind Yarmouth.
The Mariners return home Wednesday night to face the Dieppe Commandos, game time is 7;30.
