Volunteers are putting the final touches on a section of the Pubnico Point Trail.
They are placing Class ‘A’ gravel on the two-kilometre stretch past the wind farm.
Councillor Calvin d’Entremont says he never has a problem volunteers.

Cobequid Trail Consulting is overseeing the project.
This is phase 2
He says the trail is well supported by the community.
“It doesn’t matter what time of year or what type of weather, we see people down here all the time.”
Phase 3 , the final stage, is a 1600 metre section of trail along the western peninsula.
