In a news release, the RCMP say its Southwest Nova Major Crimes Unit continues to investigate the murder of a 63-year-old North Weymouth woman.
Investigators are asking anyone to contact them if they were near Fort Point Rd. in Weymouth North from 8 p.m. on August 31 to 3 p.m. on September 1.
“Our officers continue to work tirelessly to identify and locate the person or persons responsible for the tragic death of Lynda Anne Comeau,” says Sgt. Bill Raaymakers, RCMP Major Crimes Unit.
“We want to talk to anyone who may have been walking, riding a bicycle or driving on Fort Point Rd. or the surrounding area. No piece of information is too small.”
