A ‘Trailer Park Boys’ actor has pleaded not guilty to sexual assault.
Mike Smith, who plays ‘Bubbles’ on the popular TV show is scheduled for trial this fall.
Defence counsel entered the plea on Smith’s behalf in Dartmouth Provincial Court Thursday.
Smith was charged in November in relation to an incident in December, 2017 in Dartmouth.
The identity of the complainant is protected under a publication ban.
The trial will take place October 1st, 2nd and 5th.
