Today is Cyber Monday .
“Cyber Monday”, also known as “Blue Monday”, it happens on the Monday after US Thanksgiving.
It was created by retailers to encourage people to shop online (and get a great deal on something that yesterday, you didn’t even know you wanted!)
and yes, you CAN shop online – locally!
Most all local retailers offer some type of online ordering or shopping , in most cases it’s as easy as looking online .
Cyber Monday’s pros include convenience of online shopping, access to exclusive online deals, and a bridge from Black Friday sales, while its cons are potential shipping delays, the risk of impulse buys, and environmental impact from packaging waste. It’s a great opportunity for online shoppers to find discounts, especially on tech and gadgets, but it can be overwhelming and lead to impulse purchases if not approached with a plan.
