It’s become a Nova Scotian holiday tradition.
Barrington’s lobster trap Christmas tree is being lit tonight at 6.
It happens at the Cape Sable Island Causeway every year.
The tree features buoys in memory of those lost to sea.
There will be music, hot chocolate and treats, and a visit from Santa and Lucy the Lobster.
Fireworks are also planned.
Then on Saturday, Barrington will host the Christmas Parade of Lights.
