You can learn all about fire safety in Yarmouth.
The fire department on Pleasant Street will host a Fire Prevention Fun Day Sunday from 2-4 p.m.
There will be fire truck tours, safety games and activities, and bouncy castles for the kids.
Yarmouth fire chief Mike Deveau says they’ve invited all the local schools.
“Over the past couple of years, we’ve brought in over 300 kids to the department. We’re finding that’s easier than us bringing gear out to the schools, and it gets them out into the community doing a fun activity,” said Deveau
Fire Prevention Week runs from October 5 to 11.
