A pair of cruise ships will dock in Yarmouth this month.
The first international luxury liner is set to arrive at the Port of Yarmouth on Monday, October 6.
It will dock at 2 p.m. and leave at 10 p.m.
Then on October 16, another ship will be here from 2-10 p.m.
Yarmouth and Acadian Shores say the guests will be tendered ashore at the Killam Brother marina.
They’ll enjoy walking tours and excursions to Cape Forchu, the Yarmouth Bar buoy wall and Fish Point memorial.
YASTA CEO Neil MacKenzie says they’ve positioned the area as a premier small-ship luxury destination.
He says it also helps extend the tourism season for local businesses.
