A by-election this fall in the Municipality of Clare.
It’s happening in District 5 on October 4.
Long-time councillor Brian Comeau passed away on June 29 at the age of 63.
He served on council for more than 20 years.
The municipality says nomination day will be on September 9.
E-voting will start on September 26, paper ballots will be available on election day at the Clare Veterans Centre in Saulnierville.
