Local strawberries have hit the local stores . The price point seems to be High at the first of the season and goes down a bit as the quality of the berries decreases.
so what is one to do with these fresh new early berries ?
I am all about The Strawberry short cake, just berries and cream or Strawberry mash!
I have also tried my had at making Strawberry Freezer Jam, it turned out perfect !
