Another housing development could be in the works in Yarmouth.
The town has received an application for a two-storey apartment building and 30 dwelling units on Jarvis Road.
Mayor Pam Mood says it’s great to see more developers want to build here.
“The town doesn’t build, but we do everything in our power to set the table so that developers will want to come in and do this work,” said Mayor Mood.
Projects are also planned on Shaw Avenue, Water Street, Myrtle Street and by NSCC Burridge campus.
A public hearing with the developers and town staff is happening next Monday, March 24 at Mariners on Main.
