Nova Scotia Music Week is coming back to Yarmouth.
The annual festival will take place at the Rodd Grand Hotel October 23-26.
This area last hosted in 2023, the festival showcases top talent from the province, holds workshops and hands out awards.
Neil MacKenzie with Yarmouth and Acadian Shores tourism says it’s great to have it during the shoulder season.
“They drive great demand for our accommodations and other businesses in our region. Music Nova Scotia seems to love working with us, and we love working with them. It really helps our businesses at a time of year where it’s really needed,” said MacKenzie.
In a statement, Music Nova Scotia says they expect it to be their biggest year yet.
It will be the sixth time Yarmouth has hosted the festival and conference dating back to 2009.
